Solution for user administration and access management (Identity Governance and Administration).

The solution will be used for access control to the municipality's systems and services. This includes both locally installed professional applications and services on the contracting authority's data centre of the Client's operating supplier, as well as external cloud services such as Altinn, Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.

The solution must further safeguard secure access management in Oslo Municipality in-line with the applicable regulations and requirement for information security and will replace the current solution, Person and resource catalogue (PRK), which is a self-developed system for access management for all employees and contractors.

The solution will be for employees, hired-in workers/temporary staff and suppliers.
