OF BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN (BE-LCP)

The Government of the Philippines, through the Department of Education, Division of Surigao del Sur, intends to apply the sum of Forty One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 41,868,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Learning Resources for the implementation of Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening. Evaluation and award shall be made per lot

The Dep-Ed, Division of Surigao del Sur, now invites suppliers/manufacturers /distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid of the above stated project.

Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) Calendar Days. Prospective bidders must have completed a similar contract within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC to be bid.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bid Documents in CD Form will be available only to prospective bidders starting May 31, 2021 to June 22, 2021 during office hours, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount as stated above.

The Dep-Ed, Division of Surigao del Sur will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on June 8, 2021 @ 10:00 AM at 3rd Floor Division Office Conference Hall and through meet.google.com/zvu-omwn-ixq which shall be open only to all interested parties who wish to join the Bidding.

Bid opening shall be on 10:01 AM of June 22, 2021 at Third Floor Division Office Conference Hall and via meet.google.com/wjq-anom-qpi which will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Dep-Ed, Division of Surigao del Sur reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
