School District No. 72 is seeking the services of a qualified mechanical contractor for a ventilation upgrade at Penfield Elementary School.
The Project generally consists of removing existing 4 horizontal unit ventilators and providing 4 new vertical unit ventilator, 2 new roof hoods, new associated ductwork, and associated diffusers/grilles. The DDC Controls will be provided under separate contract by owner. Electrical and structural work will be provided in support of the mechanical renovation.

Documents will be available at the Mandatory Site Meeting, Friday, June 4th at 13:00:00 Pacific Local Time.
NOTE: Bidders must attend the mandatory site meeting in order to be considered for award.
