Notice is hereby given by BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. (BCIB) of its intent to procure the delivery of safety-related consulting services and professional advice from the Harwood Safety Group. Services will include, but is not limited to:

· Workplace health and safety advice relating to the construction setting d on British Columbia legal regulatory requirements;

· Safety System Assessment construction workplace audits, inspections, and document review for large infrastructure and roadbuilding/bridgebuilding projects located across British Columbia; and

· The development and delivery of safety-related construction workplace training and assessment d on British Columbia regulatory requirements;

Estimated Value: $75,000.00 CAD (per year)

Length of contract: One (1) year, with an option to renew for four (4), additional one (1) year periods at BCIB's discretion.

The Harwood Safety Group is the only company that can supply the services to BCIB because they have specialized knowledge in the area of Occupational Health and Safety as it relates to a Labour Supply safety model developed for BCIB.

When developing the criteria that will be used to determine the success of any challenges, BCB will consider the justification of the challenge, price, as well as the below criteria:

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting safety investigations in the construction setting;

· Specialized knowledge in the field of Occupational Hygiene in the construction setting;

· Demonstrated experience in the conduct of workplace safety inspections and audits;

· Demonstrated knowledge of shared safety responsibilities as they apply to Labour Supply in the construction setting;

· Ability to provide safety consulting services to large infrastructure and roadbuilding construction projects across British Columbia;

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of occupational health and safety to construction projects employing a labour supply employment model;

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the conduct of construction workplace Safety System Assessments including workplace inspections, policy and document review, and report writing; and

· Demonstrated experience conducting serious injury and fatality workplace safety investigations in the construction industry.
