The goal of this RFP is to solicit proposals from a qualified, multi-disciplinary planning consultant to develop a Plan to revitalize the core area of Masset. The Village of Masset seeks the services of a team with considerable experience in citizen involvement/participation, visioning, planning, design and market analysis to develop the new plan.

A unifying vision with design(s) for what a modern-day commercial core area of Masset, including the pier and the park, might look like, is an essential component of this project. This will help define the goals, strategies and actions within the Plan that will enable Masset to embrace the future while incorporating the history and culture of the area.
