The District of Houston is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in supplying and installing audiovisual equipment in Council Chambers in Houston, BC to enhance virtual accessibility and participation in meetings of the District Municipal Council.

Qualified proponents interested in responding to the RFP are required to do so in writing via email by June 9th, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Submissions must be delivered by email to Duncan Malkinson, Director of Corporate Services at corporate@houston.ca before the closing time. The submission must include RFP 2021-05 Audiovisual Equipment and the company name in the email subject line. Any submissions sent in that do not meet the mandatory criteria will be automatically disqualified.
