Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a contractor for the supply and support of an IT system that will manage the Authority’s Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO) allowing the Authority to draft, consult, make, display for the public and record TROs. The purpose of this request is for the provision of an electronic Traffic Order Management System so that the Authority can fully digitise this workflow in future.
