The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the B.C. Pavilion Corporation ("PavCo") to manage and operate the following:
a) 57 parking spaces located at 701 Arthur Griffiths Way, known as East Gate Lot;
b) 97 parking spaces located at 777 Pacific Boulevard, known as Pacific East and West Lots; and
c) 168 parking spaces located at 651 Expo Boulevard, known as BC Place Parkade (collectively referred to as "Parking Facilities").
The scope of work and responsibilities are defined in section 1. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence October 1, 2021.
This RFP is not an invitation to treat and not a tender call or an offer and there is no intention by the B.C. Pavilion Corporation to make an offer by releasing this RFP.
