(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased: CCTV: 40 sets. (rebid)
(4) Delivery period: from September 16th, 2022 to December 8th, 2025
(5) Location of Delivery: Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. Designated place.
(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers
eligible for participating in tenders are those who shall;
1) not have had a judgment of incompetency made against them.
2) not have declared bankruptcy and are still unable to be reinstated.
3) not fall under any of the conditions listed in item 3 (3) of the Tender
Instructions in the past three years.
4) not have their company financial condition been deemed remarkably unsound.
5) not belong to a crime syndicate or have relations with anyone who does.
6) have not had suppliers' qualification suspended, according to the company's
supplier qualification regulations, between 2:00 PM July 2, 2021 JST and the
period of the tender.
7) not be defaulting on national or local taxes.
8) be a supplier of either Japan or the European Union.
9) comply with other details requirements in the tender documentation.
