⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ITOU Hironobu Vice Director General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism

⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Lease service for information processing system, 1 set

⑸ Fulfillment place : Port and Airport Department of Kinki Regional Development Bureau, Disaster prevention center at Kinki waterfront area, and each offices located within the jurisdiction
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A of "service" in the Kinki district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021
③ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system
