⑴ Contracting Entity : SEIKE Atsushi, President of The Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan
(referred to as PMAC)
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Installation, leasing, and maintenance of identification number system related equipment, etc 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 30, September, 2021 through 31, March, 2027
⑸ Fulfillment place : PMAC office
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC.
③ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer.
④ assume a three-party contract.
have the Grade A or B "Sales of product" "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2021.Satisfy the following ⑤
⑤ have the Grade A or B "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2021.
⑥ meet the requirements of specification.
⑦ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 1 : 30 PM 17, September, 2021. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 15, September, 2021. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
