⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 of the National Agency for Automobile and Land Transport Technology.
② have Grade A, B, C or D of "Manufactures of products" or "Sales of products" in terms of the qualification for participating intenders by the Japanese goverment (unified qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020, and 2021.
③ not be suspended from tenders by any Japanese government agencies.
④ not be entities that have been being excluded from the public projects of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism d on the requests of the police authorities because the entities are substantially under the control of members of organized crime or the entities are related to those members.
⑤ have officially received the solicitation documents from the President, National Traffic Safety and Environment Laboratory, National Agency for Automobile and Land Transport Technology.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 14 : 00, July 27, 2021.
