⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 6 of the regulation concerning contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology. Furthermore, minor, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

② not come under Article 7 of the regulation concerning the contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology ;

③ have the Grade A, B or C in "Sales ofproducts" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Unified qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ;

④ meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer such as President determins in accordance with Article 5 of the regulation ;
