⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors,Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyusyu-Okinawa Region,
④ A person who has obitained permission as a general electric power company d on the provisions of Article3, Paragraph 1 of the Electricity Business Act or a person who has submitted a notification as a specific scale electric power company d on the provisions of Article 16-2, Paragraph 1 of the same law
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 17 : 00 August 2, 2021
