⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A or B on "provision of services" in Kanto・Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for Participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director of Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
