① Hachioji Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited : Sodium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 234 ton, Sodium Chloride for liquid de-icing agent 1 ton, Calcium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 2 ton
② Otsuki Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited : Sodium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 1,119 ton, Sodium Chloride for liquid de-icing agent 40 ton, Calcium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 7 ton
③ Kofu Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited : Sodium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 522 ton, Sodium Chloride for liquid de-icing agent 1 ton, Calcium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 1 ton
Attention : As the scheduled supply of de-icing agents is the expected quantity d on the past record of supplies, it does not guarantee the actual supplied amount.

① Hachioji Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 287-1, Utsuki-machi, Hachioji-shi, Tokyo and other 2 places
② Otsuki Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 223, Hanasaki, Otsuki-machi, Otsuki-shi, Yamanashi and other 4 places
③ Kofu Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 2858, Saijyo, Showa-cho, Nakakoma-gun, Yamanashi and other 4 places
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures :
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for tender.
・Copy of the commercial register
・Document that described company career
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
③ Show a proof of the actual selling, manufacturing or delivering of 900 ton/year of sodium chloride used as de-icing agents for roads on the contract
④ Have proven to be able to bring the requested Sodium Chloride to the following places, respectively, within 24 hours after orders are issued
・The Sodium Chloride Warehouses of Hachioji Maintenance and Customer Service Center : total 120t
・The Sodium Chloride Warehouses of Otsuki Maintenance and Customer Service Center : total 101t
・The Sodium Chloride Warehouses of Kofu Maintenance and Customer Service Center : total 93t
⑤ Submit the Supply Planning Report which includes the following contents
・The place of production of the sodium chloride country
・The capacity of the stockyard, the address and Location map
・The delivering route, time and the number and the type of vehicle
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of documents for certification : 4 : 00 P.M. 30 July 2021 (documents submitted by registered mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 30 July 2021)
⑻ Time-limit for submission of tenders : 4 : 00 P.M. 30 July 2021 (documents submitted by registered mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 30 July 2021)
⑼ Opening of tenders : 1 : 30 P.M. 1 September 2021
