SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT

The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two years with an amount of at least 25% for the expendable and 50% non-expendable of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

2. Pre-bid Conference June 15, 2021 (10:00 AM)

3. Opening of Bids June 29, 2021

4. Start of Post-Qualification Activities June 30, 2021 (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

Bid Documents will be available only to eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount to the Dr. JNRMH cashier.

The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the presentation of the bid.

You are required to submit the downloaded “Document Request List” (DRL) document from PhilGEPS website for you to be included in the list of suppliers. Please include this document in the Eligibility Documents envelope. Non-submission will be dealt with accordingly and might be a ground for your disqualification.
