2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”

3. Interested and eligible bidders can avail of a complete set of bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of the applicable fee therefor. Bid documents can also be downloaded and printed from the PhilGEPS portal however, the prospective bidder still has to pay the corresponding cost thereof to the collecting/disbursing officer of the procuring entity concerned.

4. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address and schedule above described. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable form and in the amount stated in the Bidding Documents.

5. Bids must be submitted online using the : https://sites.google.com/view/csmc-bid/home and received by the Procuring Entity on or before JUNE 30, 2021 @ 9:30 A.M. Late bids shall not be accepted. Opening of bids shall be online in the presence of bidders or authorized representative who wish to attend via given.

6. The following activities are scheduled on the following dates:

POSTING OF INVITATION TO BID : JUNE 09, 2021

PRE-BID CONFERENCE : JUNE 17, 2021 (1:30 pm via Microsoft Teams)

BID OPENING : JUNE 30, 2021 (9:30 am via Microsoft Teams)

BID EVALUATION : Within 7 days from bid opening

POST QUALIFICATION : Within 12 calendar days from determination of LCB

7. Cebu South Medical Center reserves the right to accept or reject any bid to annul the bidding process and to reject bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
