2. Construction of Operation Center for Health

Approved Budget for the Contract: P 1,881,607.39

3. Construction of Emergency Operation Center

Location: Poblacion, Liloan, Southern Leyte

Approved Budget for the Contract: P 1,999,930.89

All particulars relative to Eligibility Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-transferable amount of P500.00 for P500,000.00 and below, P1,000.00 for above P500,000.00 up to P1,000,000.00, P5,000.00 for more than P1,000,000.00 up to P5,000,000.00, P10,000.00 for more than P5,000,000.00 up to P10,000,000.00 and P25,000.00 for more than P10,000,000.00 up to P50,000,000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer of Liloan, Southern Leyte.
