The BFP-NHQ will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 10:30 A.M. 17 June 2021. In line
with the precautionary health measures being adopted by the agency, the Pre-Bid
Conference will be conducted through video-conference (Zoom). Hence interested
bidder are advised to send their request for Zoom Password to
bfpnhq_dl_smd@yahoo.com with the following information together with proof of
identify of the attendee a day before the scheduled conference.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the
office address indicated below, on or before 09:00 A.M. 29 June 2021. Late bids
shall not be accepted.
Bid opening shall be on 09:30 A.M. 29 June 2021 at the Bulwagang Linsangan, 4th
Floor, Agham Fire Station Building, BFP-National Headquarters, Agham Road,
Brgy. Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City. Only One (1) authorized representative per
bidder may physically attend the opening of bids. He/she shall bring personal hand
sanitizer / alcohol and shall wear proper face mask with face shield at all times. Body
temperature will be check by the security guards upon entering the BFP-NHQ
premises
