⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for AIST.
② have Grade A or B or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (in the fiscal year of 2019, 2020 and 2021)
