⑶ Item to be purchased : Laminator 1 unit following 1701 items.

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers who shall :
① Not come under article 70 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent, may be applicable under cases of special reasons of the article.
② Not come under article 71 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting.
③ Have grade A, B and C on "Sale of items" in the Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single-qualification for every ministry and agency) in JFY 2019, 2020 and 2021.
⑺ Time, tender due : 10 AM 4 August, 2021 (JST)
