⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takashi Sato, Director General of Chubu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency
⑵ Classification of the services to be pro-cured : 58
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Transport the furniture to be moved of the residents in the Apartments as with Rebuilding, one set.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of contract day, through 31 August, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment places : Apartments and the places specified by Director General of Chubu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① Not be the person who doesn't have an ability to enter into a contract and / or a bankrupt who has not recovered from legal status
② Not be the person who has received suspension of business transaction from Urban Renaissance Agency due to a fixed insincere act and two years haven't lapsed thereafter
③ Have been qualified through the Examination of Qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment by Chubu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency for the Classification of "Service"
④ Not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Chubu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency
⑤ Not be the company where a gang or a gangster influences management substantially or a company following this.
⑥ Have proven to have experienced of the same kind resemblance business
⑦ Who should have received the tender documentation
⑧ Have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M., 26, August, 2021
