⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shimada Hirokazu Director of the General Coordination Department, Fukuoka Labor Bureau.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 17, 51
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Car leasing to Fukuoka Labor Bureau (total of 11)
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October 2021 through 31 March 2026
⑸ Fulfillment place : The place specified by the Director of the General Coordination Department
⑹ Qualification for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① Have Grade "A" "B" or, "C" in the Service rendering, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2019, 2020 and 2021 ;
② Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ Not be currently under a nomination stop as instructed by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare ;
④ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ;
⑤ Do not perform business that violates the provisions of the Commercial Code and other laws and regulations ;
⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ;
⑦ Participate in social insurance, etc. (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare pension insurance, health insurance, seamen insurance, national pension, labor accident insurance, employment insurance), and there is no delinquency in insurance premiums. (However, excluding those who are not obligated to join) ;
⑧ A person who has the qualifications determined by the officer in charge of spending activities pursuant to the provisions of Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00AM, 3 August 2021.
