⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① Not come under Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② After FY2006 have experience in business of supplying same or very similar type of [⒜Snow Removal Trucks, ⒝Wet Salt Spreading vehicles, ⒞Trucks with Traffic Sign]
ⅰ To East Nippon Expressway Company, delivery history of the same type of machine or main parts of the same type of machine
ⅱ For institutions other than, delivery history of the same type machine of main parts of the same type of machine
ⅲ Make sure that you have manufacturing experience of the same type of machine or main parts of the same type of machine
ⅳ Being a trading company or an agent of a manufacturer who has the manufacturing experience of the same type of machine or main parts of the same type of machine
③ Have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned
④ Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
⑤ There shall have been no funding or personal relationships with those intending to participate in the bidding during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application form and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 PM, 9, July, 2021
