(1) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased:
Training rooms with high-performance PC terminals (including Building
Information Modeling-related software)
(Including setup, installation and initial setting of the abovementioned
products, as well as removal of the existing equipment)
(2) Delivery period:
To be completed by January 31st, 2022
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Any time from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from June 14th, 2021 through
July 14th, 2021 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m., July 15th, 2021
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by July 21st, 2021
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
2:00 p.m. on July 29th, 2021 at Gifu Prefectural Government.
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m., July 28th,
2021.)
