21CSP018: Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Environmental Impact Assessment for the Construction of 150 Linear Meter Tunnel on Dada Junction - Beyeng - Bulisay - Kayapa - Alilem, Ilocos Sur

The Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera Administrative Region, Regional Office, through the GoP intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos and Twenty Five Centavos (Php 3,934,337.25) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 21CSP018: Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Environmental Impact Assessment for the Construction of 150 Linear Meter Tunnel on Dada Junction - Beyeng - Bulisay - Kayapa - Alilem, Ilocos Sur, Bakun, Benguet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.

The Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera Administrative Region, Regional Office now calls for the submission of “s of Interest and accomplished Eligibility Documents for 21CSP018: Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Environmental Impact Assessment for the Construction of 150 Linear Meter Tunnel on Dada Junction - Beyeng - Bulisay - Kayapa - Alilem, Ilocos Sur, Bakun, Benguet. “ of Interest and Eligibility Documents Submission Forms (EIEDSFs)” of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Procuring Entity on or before June 22, 2021 at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, 2nd Floor Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, Engineer’s Hill, Baguio City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated d on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.

The BAC shall draw up the short list of consultants from those who have submitted EIEDSFs and have been determined as eligible in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act,” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The criteria and rating system to be used for shortlisting shall be in accordance with DPWH Department Order (DO) No. 05, series of 2021, summarized as follows:
