NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT OF GOODS THROUGH ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT

Notice is given that the Department of Public Works and Highways, Guimaras Engineering District, San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will procure the following goods/supplies through SHOPPING for the following goods:

a. Purchase Request : 21GE023G – P.R. No. R06.14- 031

b. Deion : Purchase of Computer Supplies for use of Planning and Design Section, this Office.

c. Location : DPWH-Guimaras District Engineering Office

d. Approved Budget : Php 874,000.00

for the Contract (ABC)

e. Delivery Period : 30 calendar days

The bid quotation forms are available at the BAC Secretariat Office, Department of Public Works and Highways, Guimaras Engineering District, San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras from June 15, 2021. The deadline of submission of the accomplished bid quotation forms will be on June 22, 2021 on or before 9:00 a.m. and shall be opened at the same time on the same date. Quotations submitted thru mail/fax will not be accepted.

All other particulars relative to this procurement shall be governed by Section 52.1.a of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184.

The DPWH reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby any liability to the affected bidders.
