1. All prospective suppliers must first submit photocopies of Class “A” Documents, and other Requirements together with the “Original’s” for the conduct of Business Inspection to determine their eligibility prior to transacting business with PNPC.

2. If the concerned proponent is eligible and already registered at HAFPPS, he/ she or their representative will personally submit respective Sealed Price Quotation (Lowest Price Quotation Offered) at the designated Price Quotation, Box at PNPC, that will only be opened on the date and time as indicated. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) Form can be obtained only at the PNPC Canvass and Contracting Committee Secretariat, Naval Station Jose Francisco, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The last day of submission/dropping of Sealed Price Quotation is at exactly 8:30 o’clock am on 18 June 2021.
