⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 76
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured : Preparation for the student application guidelines for the 2022 academic year, the Faculty of Liberal Arts and the School of Graduate Studies (Masters, Non-Degree Master's Course and Special Auditing Course) 1 Set
⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑸ Delivery place : The Foundation for the Open University of Japan, et cetera
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for The Foundation for the Open University of Japan,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in manufacture of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification reguirements which the Director may specify in accordance which Article 7 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for the Foundation for the Open University of Japan,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Director.
