Requirement is for an integrated community equipment service which is to be jointly commissioned by Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group. This contract will deliver a statutory function under the Care Act. This is an essential element of the Prevention and Early Intervention Agenda as well as supporting those who have long term care needs. Service will be required to Procure, Deliver, Collect, Maintain, clean and recycle community equipment and provide minor housing adaptations.
