The Contracting Authority seeks clinical services providers to deliver NeurophysiologyTesting and Reporting for patients of Lincolnshire.

Contracts will be awarded for a period of three years, with the option to extend by up to 24 months. The maximum term for this contract award is therefore five years, or 60 months. It is anticipated to award contracts and commence the services on 1 October 2021, though this is subject to change depending on the award and mobilisation period required for these services.

There is no guarantee of this activity and an annual value of £570,000 is d on previous aggregate annual spend for all lots, which is then multiplied by the maximum contract term to estimate the value of this contract. The value of the individual lots cannot be provided as the service configuration in this specification has changed from the previous method of delivery.

The length and estimated value stipulated in this notice for the opportunity is on the basis of a full five year contract being awarded, so includes the original term of three years and option to extend for the additional two years.

This is a light touch regime service and a variation to the open procurement process has been made to reduce the time for responses to be returned, and the contract start date is flexible in accordance with this notice.
