The Government of Jersey (‘GoJ’) is seeking to procure a Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to procure and manage the works contracts and associated design teams for the renovation of the Jersey Arts Centre (‘JAC’) and refurbishment of the Jersey Opera House (‘JOH’), and subsequently project manage/cost manage both projects to completion.
