⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited Regulation Concerning the contract procedures
② have proven to have manufactured or delivered performance for similar machines
③ have proven to have prepared a system to provide parts for constancy span of time and maintenance for the products concerned
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 5 July 2021.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tenders : 4 : 00 P.M. 12 August 2021.
⑼ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
