⑸ Delivery place : Hokkaido University Hospital
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Hokkaido area in Sales of products for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
B prove to have obtained the license for selling regenerative medicine products or the wholesale distribution license for selling pharmaceuticals in accordance with The Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the President,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President, The National University Corporation Hokkaido University.
