⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those whocomeunderthefollowingitemsatthe

time of the examination date, with the examination date set as the due date of receipt of the documents required for the tender. In addition, suppliers who no longer come under the following items after the examination date and up to the time of the decision being made on the successful supplier shall not be eligible to participate in the open tender.

① not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures (Regulation № 16 of 2005).

② The supplier has acquired an information security management system (ISO27001/ISMS).

③ The supplier has allocated a person, who has the qualification of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the United States Project Management Institute, or of a Project Management Specialist (PMS) certified by the Project Management Association of Japan, as the manager responsible for the services.

④ The supplier has a track record of providing all services relating to the installation, management, operation and maintenance of compound machines, and the supply of consumables (except for paper), and otherwise the output from compound machines of the same scale (optimal allocation examination unit number being 1,000 units or more) given in Attachment 4, and the services of optimal allocation examination, as well as the formulation of an optimal allocation plan for such scale in the past five years prior to the examination reference date.
