2. SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND TESTING OF ONE (1) SET 10KVA AND THREE (3) SETS 1KVA UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY (UPS) ( PHP212,058.00);

3. SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE AND FIXTURES (EFF) (PHP1,845,585.00); AND

4. SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) UNIT AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH (ATS) - GENSET (PHP56,700.00)

1. The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), through its through its Corporate Budget approved by the Board, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Pesos and 85/100 Centavos (₱7,285,370.85), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES OF A CONTRACTOR FOR THE FIT-OUT CONSTRUCTION OF DBP SAN FERNANDO LENDING CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DBP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBP San Fernando Lending Center and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the RBAC-CL Secretariat upon payment of non-refundable fee of Seven Thousand Pesos (Php7,000.00), pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB. The Bidding Documents may also be downloaded free-of-charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Service (www.philgeps.gov.ph) and from the DBP website (https://www.dbp.ph/invitations-to-bid), provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable Bidding Documents Fee not later than the submission of their bids.
