JOB ORDER - LABOR SERVICE ONLY

Fabrication of Seaweed Nursery Techno-Demo (modified Rope Method) ranging from 15-25 meters water depth

for the following area;

Zamboanga del Sur - 5 units

Zamboanga del Norte - 5 units

Zamboanga Sibugay - 5 units

Zamboanga City - 4 units

Isabela City - 1 unit

Note: Bidder must have experience in Fabrication of Seaweeds Nursery.

Sealed quotations and other requirements stated below shall be submitted or send thru LBC to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of BFAR IX, R.T. Lim Boulevard, Zamboanga City.

Supplier shall submit the following requirements:

Quotations shall be compared and evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:

a. Duly signed Request for Quotation. Completeness of submission

b. Compliance with Specifications/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

c. Bid Price, Services and Fee of (Php 1,000.00)

d. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate

e. Mayor’s / Business Permit

f. Tax Clearance

g. Financial Statement

h. Omnibus Sworn Statement

Services shall be subject to inspection, and acceptance by the end-user.

The bidder who submitted the lowest calculated responsive quotation shall be awarded the Supply and Material after evaluation by the BAC.

A Memorandum dated December 18, 2020 from the Secretary of Department of Agriculture orders all attached agencies TO NOT CONDONE ANY FORM OF SOLICITATION ON ANY PROSPECTIVE WINNING AND LOSING BIDDERS BY ANY OF OUR STAFF/EMPLOYEES OR ANY OTHER PARTY, ANY SORT OF THIS KIND SHALL BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OR THE NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIN (NBI) FOR ENTRAPMENT AND PROPER INVESTIGATION.
