⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOJIMA Takafumi, Director General of Kyushu Regional Forest Office.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 76
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required :
① The Fourth National Forest Operation Plan maps of Sagatoubu and 6 forest plan wards 2,200 sheets (22 types×100 sheets)
② National Forest Topographic maps of Sagatoubu and 6 forest plan wards 880 sheets (11 types×80 sheets)
⑷ Fulfillment period : 11 March, 2022
⑸ Fulfillment place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of the qualification "Manufacture of product" or "Provision of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑤ Not be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 11 : 00, 31 August 2021 (tenders submitted by mail 17 : 00, 30 August, 2021)
