⑴ Contracting entity : Nakayama Ryusuke, Director of the Accounting Division, Grand Steward's Secretariat, Imperial Household Agency, 1-1 Chiyoda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8111 Japan.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 53
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Transportation services in the Akasaka Imperial Grounds. 1 set
⑷ Contract period : as per the specifications.
⑸ Delivery place : as per the specifications.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under
Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C in the list of the "offer of services etc" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (standardized qualification for every Ministry and Agency) in the fiscal years, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Not be suspended from transaction by the request of the official in charge of contract.
⑤ The others : As in the tender documentation.
⑺ Time limit for tender : by 17 : 00, 13, August 2021
