⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A Heavy oil (JIS 1 sort No. 1) About 210,000 L
⑷ Contract term : From 1, October 2021 to 31, March 2022
⑸ Delivery place : Hokkaido Agricultural Research Center, NARO and Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute Hokkaido Research Center, and Hokkaido National Fisheries Reseach Institute
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO).
② not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ have Grade A, B or C on "Sales" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO. (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021
④ not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 P.M. 30, August 2021
⑻ Time limit for tender (Mailing) : 5 : 00 P.M. 16, September 2021
