⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TAKUMA Hideyuki Director General of Tsukuba Business-Acade-mia Cooperation Support Center, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Council Secretariat
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease :
① Network Service System 1 Unit
② Network Library System 1 Unit
⑷ lease period : From 1 March, 2022 through 28 February, 2026
⑸ Rent place : Tsukuba Business-Academia Cooperation Support Center, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Council Secretariat.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A" in terms of the qualification "Provision of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, and prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑥ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑺ Time-limit for tender :
① 1 : 30 P.M., 24 August 2021.
② 2 : 30 P.M., 24 August 2021.
