C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in manufacture of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Inter-University Research Institute Corporation High Energy Accelerator Research Organization,

C prove to have prepared a system to provide research, rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,

D prove to keep a high technological level and have actually manufactured the products concerned,

E meet the qualification requirements which Director General, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation High Energy Accelerator Research Organization may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation Concerning the Contract for Inter-University Research Institute Corporation High Energy Accelerator Research Organization,

F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Director General, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation High Energy Accelerator Research Organization.
