⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity Shinya Ueno, Director General, The Center for Personnel Interc-hanges between the Government and Private Entities, Cabinet Office
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the Services to be required : The Operation and maintenance duties of The job search and recruit Information System for experienced national civil servant, 1 set.
⑷ Fulfillment period : as in the tender documentation
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, a minor, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A "offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders competitive bidding by the Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in FY 2019, 2020, 2021.
④ not be suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ meet the condition requirements of suppliers which is written on the application form for contesting the qualification
⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 15 : 00 17 August, 2021.
