⑷ Lease period : About 4 months, from the day following the contract day (Leaseduration : About 50 days, from October 2021 through December 2021)

⑸ Lease place : 4-3-9, Kyutaro-machi, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi, 541-0056 Japan.

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

1 )not come under the Article 6 of the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures.

2 )have submitted following papers with an application form for tender

⒜ a copy of certificate of registered matters

⒝ a paper of business career

⒞ financial statements

⒟ a copy of tax payment certificate

3 )not be stopped participating in Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's tenders

4 )prove to have at least one service record of preparing and leasing the field office with the architectural area of more than 90㎡ in the past 5 accounting years.

5 )not be subjected to the provisions for exclusion from tender participation under the crime syndicate exclusion bylaw of the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited and to the requirements specified in the appendix of the aforementioned bylaw between the date of the deadline for an application form including its related documents and the time of the tender opening.
