⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① not come under the Article 30 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
② not come under the Article 31 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or Grade B or Grade C or Grade D in "Service" or "Sales of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal year 2019, 2020, and 2021
④ prove to have actually engaged in adequate amount of similar matters properly
⑤ prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty
⑥ prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents
⑦ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
⑧ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from Japan Health Insurance Association
⑨ Do not come out of Japan Health Insurance Association during a period taking a nomination stop about duties
⑻ Time-limit for Tender : 12 : 00, 17 August, 2021
