⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HASHIMOTO Hiroki, Director of Yamagata River and National Highway office, Tohoku Regional Development Bureau
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75, 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Building cleaning work at Yamagata office of River and National Highway 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October, 2021 through 30 September, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Do not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② Have Grade A, B, C or D on "provision of services" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ Do not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau from Time- limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
