The National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) is inviting all Phil-GEPS registered to apply the Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, and TESTING OF OPHTHALMOLOGY EQUIPMENT CY 2021. (Complete Specifications are indicated in the Techinical specification / Terms of Reference).
Complete set of Bid Documents shall be provided to all interested bidders on June 29, 2021 to July 16, 2021 (Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) at the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH), Procurement Section, Mandaluyong City upon payment of non-refundable fee in the form of cash.
The National Center for Mental Health assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bid.
