REQUEST FOR OF INTEREST

The City Government of Valenzuela, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites interested consultants, to apply for eligibility and shortlisting and if found eligible and shortlisted, to bid for the hereunder listed project to wit:

Project Name : Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela-Museum Curatorial Design

Project Deion : Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela-Museum Curatorial Design

Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 8,428,392.00 (BC# 57; Ref. No. 21-104)

Delivery Period : 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed

The list of minimum requirements is indicated in the Eligibility Form. Eligibility of Registered prospective bidders shall be checked using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Registered prospective bidder should have experience in undertaking similar project within the last two (2) years. Short listing of eligible consultants will be done d on the following criteria: experience of the consultant, qualification of the personnel and current workload. Only five (5) eligible bidders shall make up the shortlist. The evaluation procedure to be adopted shall be Quality Cost d Evaluation (for QCBE) Bids whose technical proposals pass the minimum technical rating of 75% shall have its financial proposals opened and evaluated. The technical shall carry 75% weight of the evaluation.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference/s, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its IRR.

2. Issuance of Eligibility Forms June 30-July 5, 2021; 1:00 PM, City Budget Office

3. Submission of Eligibility Requirements July 8, 2021 up to 4:00 PM, 2nd Flr. Exec. Bldg. City Budget Office

4. Results of Eligibility Check/Shortlisting July 12, 2021; 9:00-5:00 PM; 2nd Flr. Exec. Bldg. City Budget Office

5. Issuance of Bid Documents July 15-August 2, 2021; 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and on August 3,2021 up to 10:00 AM

6. Pre-Bid Conference July 22, 2021; 1:00 PM Conference room 3B, Legislative Building

7. Submission of Bid August 3, 2021; up to 12:00 noon; City Budget Office, 2nf Flr. Exec. Bldg.

The Eligibility Screening Form will be available at the Budget Office, 2nd Floor, Executive Building, Valenzuela City Hall, upon submission of a Letter of Intent. Submission and results of eligibility shall be in the same office.
