① not come under Article 6 of the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures

② have submitted following papers with an application form for tender

⒜ a copy of certificate of registered matters

⒝ a paper of business career

⒞ financial statements

⒟ a copy of tax payment certificate

③ not be stopped participating in Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's tenders

④ not be subjected to the provisions for exclusion from tender participation under the crime syndicate exclusion bylaw of the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited and to the requirements specified in the appendix of the aforementioned bylaw between the date of the deadlyne for an application form including its related documents and the time of the tender opening
